Hi, Regarding the ‘Call Waiter‘ feature I see that it’s not sending a web push notification to the restaurant manager it’s only showing toast message, I think it’ll be great if the notification is being send through web push notification so that the client don’t miss any notification from their customers

Complete the White label

my clients, (restaurants) feel the white label is incompplete because when a user scans the Qr code he/she still sees the menu with my own website URL at the top of the browser. This should be made in such a way that the ‘Title’ or ‘meta tag title’ that will display at the top of the browser shoud be the name of the restaurant.

User Guide

There should be a User Guide that provides essential information for restaurant owners. It should include answers to questions like "How to create a restaurant?" and other helpful instructions to guide users effectively.

Franchise system

A franchise system should be introduced. A system can be added to provide commissions to people who market the QR menu system. A franchise model that attracts the interest of digital marketers should be developed.

Add ability to the resturent owner to add employee and give him roles

Restaurants should be able to create support requests in the site management system. They should have the option to open tickets and receive assistance for their issues.

In Turkey, PayTR is a widely used payment provider. You should consider integrating it as one of the available payment methods.

Ads

There are free and premium plans available, but the ads in the free plan are not intrusive. However, they also don't effectively encourage customers to upgrade to a premium membership. Placing ads in the admin panel or login page doesn't motivate customers to switch to premium. Instead, the ads should be displayed directly on restaurant menus to better promote premium membership.

Excel export and import

we need to be able to export data, like usernames and email this will help us to upload them where we can send bulk emails to ciients, also data of restaurants should be uploaded or updated using excel because this will help us or clients to be to update prices in bulk

Table-Specific QR Code

If each table in the restaurant has its own unique QR code, it would be more efficient. This way, we can see from which table the customers are placing orders or performing actions directly from the panel.

WiFi name and password

An area can be added to restaurant menus that displays the WiFi name and password. This way, customers can access the menu and connect to the WiFi without needing to ask the staff.

Order can be editable

Order can be editable by owner or waiter if it is not paid. Why? People change mind. Item not available. Item quantity change. Item change. I know it can be only possible for unpaid order . Not for paid order or online order.

Search Restaurant

Add search function so people can search restaurant from website. Add Filter In City , Suburb or Post Code. I think it will cover 10 to 20 km area if people looking for food in that area. Result will be Name Of Restaurant, Address & Open/Close Status (If possible) or Name of Rstaurant & address is enough.

Order Status

There should be a drop down menu for order status. Accepted, Not-Accepted, Cooking, Ready, Delivery Out, Completed At the moment you have only completed button which is ok but in status it is only says pending. Put a dropdown menu there please.

Customer Dashboard

Customer must have Dashboard same as restaurant admin so they know status of order. Nowadays restaurant using many plaform to get order & more chances of not seen order or restaurant is closed.
